I have had the pleasure of having contracted Bayside Construction for multiple construction projects. The most recent project involved assessing five large columns which bear all the weight of the north side of my personal home. After assessing the situation Bayside 242’s President Andrew Wilkinson advised that the current column in place had not been built to spec and recommended that the same should be replaced for structural integrity. After meeting with structural engineers etc. we decided to go ahead with the project. The project was handled with expertise, professionalism, and courtesy.

This is a brief testament that Bayside 242. did for Comfort Suites Paradise Island. The company did several renovation projects of the hotel in 2000 to which we were very pleased and have continued to use their services ever since. Andrew and his team are currently working for Capstone Construction on a $20 million development in the heart of Lyford Cay.
Andrew is overseeing the main concrete structure and the installation of all structural steel on this project. Bayside has demonstrated exceptional skill with a workforce of approximately 25 carpenters and steel fixers, maintaining strong safety standards and excellent communication with management.
